Shri Rajeev Chawla, Chief Knowledge Officer and Advisor (CKO&A), addressed key aspects of strengthening Agri Stack implementation during the National Conference. He spoke on onboarding remaining States, expanding adoption in existing ones through saturation of Farmer Registry, Digital Crop Survey (DCS) and geo-referenced village maps and mandating Farmer ID for scheme eligibility. He highlighted the need for auto-updation of the registry, quality assurance in DCS and leveraging emerging technologies like AI, ML and remote sensing. Shri Chawla also emphasised state ownership of core data, outlining rights, responsibilities and guiding principles for onboarding schemes and services.
