MCA Updates 1. *Discontinuation of V2 Filings* : Company e-Filings on the V2 portal will be disabled from 18th June 2025 (12:00 AM). Please ensure no SRNs are pending for payment or resubmission. 2. *Offline Payment Disabled on V2 portal:* From 08th June 2025 (12:00 AM), the “Pay Later” option for offline payments on V2 will be discontinued. Only online payments via Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking will be accepted. 3. *V3 Portal Downtime:* The V3 portal will be unavailable from 09th July 2025 (12:00 AM) to 13th July 2025 (11:59 PM). Stakeholders must plan and complete filings/resubmissions before 09th July, as no fee waivers or deadline extensions will be provided during this downtime. 4. *User ID Upgrade Required:* Ensure that your V2 ID is upgraded or merged under the ‘Business User’ category on the V3 portal, and associate your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) if not already done. 5. *Pending SRNs – Immediate Action Needed:* SRNs marked as ‘Pending for upload of Investor details’ or ‘Pending for Subsidiary Details’ must be updated using MCA’s available services by 17th June 2025, or they will be moved to ‘NTBR’ status (Not to be Reviewed). Please plan for the above accordingly.
