Zina is one of the most destructive sins that affects the body, soul, and mind, and is a significant contributor to societal instability, corruption, and insecurity. Allah says in the Quran: 'And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way' (Surah Al-Isra, 17:32). The Ayah 'not approach zina' implies avoiding any actions or situations that may lead to it. In His mercy, Allah provided us with guidance through the Prophet, including avoiding seclusion with the opposite sex, refraining from physical contact with non-mahram individuals, dressing modestly in accordance with Sharia, lowering one's gaze and so on. This guidance serves as a protective measure to help individuals avoid zina. Allah's guidance is designed to safeguard us from the consequences of zina. Furthermore, Allah has established punishments for those who engage in zina, emphasizing the severity of this sin. May Allah protect us from the evils of zina, grant us steadfastness, and bestow upon us success in this life and the hereafter." Aameen
