I have noticed in every marriage that becomes abusive or unjust or toxic the spouses don't pray Salaah or the man doesn't pray Salaah. If the Qawwam and leader of house has given up Salaah it's only a matter of time before he gives up on you and your children. Fear men who don't pray no matter how good their character seems, no matter how much they earn, no matter how popular they are in the community or how gentle their words are. Not praying Salaah is a massive red flag. Never ever marry someone who doesn't pray. People especially men hardly ever change. If the fear and love of Allah hasn't guided them to Salah it's doubtful that you will. Never choose a spouse based on potential. Choose a spouse based on who they are in the present. 🤲 May Allah protect us from men and women who have entirely abandoned Salah - ameen!
