Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a raid on the offender's home at approximately 1:00 PM. During the search, they discovered a stash of armoured cables and cable armor wire hidden under his bed. The recovered items included four lengths of 10m x 7 x 2-core cable, an 18m x 2-core cable, and 100 meters of armoured wire. Nsingo was unable to provide any documentation or license to justify his possession of the stolen electrical materials. The total weight of the recovered cables was 22.85 kilograms, with an estimated value of US$950. All items were retrieved in full, leading to his conviction.
