*I don't have much to say but just remember to always choose progress over perfection each day.*😊 Whether it's being able to get out of your bed,doing a small task that will quantify to that huge goal,just do it! Clap for yourself each day and remember whenever you get anxious,hold on a deep breath for 5 secs and let it go for another few secs (do this three times max) Thank you for your continuous support and making this a safe place for everyone 😊.
