The session was held under the theme: “The Role of Stakeholders in the Education of the Child.” The guest speaker for this impactful seminar was Mr. Sampson Dotse, YIP Youth MP for Afram Plains North and Chairperson of the 4th YIP Education Committee. Mr. Dotse presented an engaging and insightful perspective on the collective responsibility of stakeholders—parents, teachers, community leaders, policymakers, and civil society—in shaping the educational journey of every child. His presentation emphasised collaboration, policy engagement, and community involvement as essential elements in promoting quality and inclusive education. He further stressed that education must be seen as a shared mandate, not solely the responsibility of formal institutions. The seminar was hosted by Mr. Jones Amegashie-Viglo, Executive Director of YIM, who led an inspiring session filled with rich dialogue and interactive participation from attendees across various sectors.
