එළැඹෙන ජූලි මස 10 වන දා සිට 13 වන දක්වා වේල්ස් රාජ්‍යයේ දී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත පොදු රාජ්‍ය මණ්ඩලීය ජීවිතාරක්ෂක ශූරතාවලිය සඳහා ආනන්ද විද්‍යාලයීය ජීවිතාරක්ෂක කණ්ඩායමේ නිමුතු පෙරේරා සමඟින් මීදුම් මෙන්ඩිස් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කිරීමට සුදුසුකම් ලබා ඇත. තවද ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජාතික කණ්ඩායමේ නායකත්වය සඳහා නිමුතු පෙරේරා තේරී පත් වී ඇති බව සතුටින් දන්වා සිටිමු. එහි දී මවුබිමට කීර්තියක් අත් කර දෙන්නට ඔවුනට හැකි වේවායි ප්‍රවෘත්ති විකාශන ඒකකයේ අපි මෙයින් ප්‍රාර්ථනා කර සිටිමු. Nimuthu Perera and Meedum Mendis from the Ananda College Lifesaving Team have qualified to represent Sri Lanka at the upcoming Commonwealth Lifesaving Championship, scheduled to be held from the 10th to the 13th of July in Wales, United Kingdom. Additionally, Nimuthu Perera has also been appointed as the Captain of the National Team.
