Customer Service Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services
- Cross sell and upsell the company’s products and providing advice to customers
- Communicate with clients about their experience with products/services
- Handle order fulfilment, on-time dispatch, and tracking orders for timely delivery
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Conduct customer surveys, update on promotions, and provide product knowledge
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Skills and Abilities
- Innovative, creative, and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with internal teams
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
