Fires broke out, damaging residential buildings and civilian vehicles. Thankfully, there were no casualties. This is yet another calculated strike on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure — Russia's deliberate attempt to weaken, destabilise and intimidate. Ukraine needs strong global action and unwavering support to protect its people and restore peace.
