A new group of Ukrainian defenders has been returned home from Russian captivity. Most had been held since 2022 — some for over three years. Among them are seriously wounded and ill soldiers from the Armed Forces, Navy, Air Assault Forces, Territorial Defence, Border Guard, and National Guard. Many were captured during the defence of Mariupol. They fought in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Kyiv regions. Each one will now receive urgent medical care, rehabilitation, and all necessary support. Ukraine will keep going until we bring everyone home.
