During my walkabout in Zone 2 (Blocks 201–204, 209–214), I checked in on the current Repair & Redecoration (R&R) works and listened to residents’ feedback on what more we could improve. One major fix already done: we’ve resurfaced the flooring between Blocks 203 and 204—now smoother, anti-slip, and much safer, especially for our seniors. More upgrades are coming soon, including dementia friendly signages, fresh paintworks for all the blocks and two new pickleball courts between Blocks 209/210 and 211/212 to encourage active living for all ages!
