Workforce transformation shouldn’t feel like solving a Rubik’s cube blindfolded. Yet for many SMEs, navigating grants, job redesign, and evolving HR norms still feels like a maze. In Parliament, I called for more coordinated, accessible support—because transformation only works when it’s truly inclusive.
In Yio Chu Kang, I’ve met employers and older workers struggling to keep pace with change. That’s why I’ve long championed job redesign and proactive upskilling.
HR must go beyond compliance—it’s about care, fairness, and trust. I pushed for stronger HR standards and better SME support, so no worker falls through the cracks. Let’s invest in our people, especially HR professionals, who are the linchpin of a thriving, future-ready workforce.
