I had the joy of spending time with our seniors at THK Active Ageing Centre @ AMK 645 during their Food Bank Distribution initiative. There’s something so grounding about being in the presence of our elders—their stories, laughter, and quiet resilience remind me why community matters. Together with the team, we distributed food rations and checked in with residents. It was especially meaningful as the visit coincided with their Dementia Intervention Programme—where connection and familiarity are healing in themselves.
