*Eid Mubarak from all of us at Bayyinah.* 🌟
Today, we remember not just a ritual, but a legacy.
A legacy of surrender. Of trust. Of love placed in the hands of the Divine.
When Prophet Abraham (AS) was told to leave his family in a barren land, he obeyed.
When he was shown a dream to sacrifice his son, he submitted.
Every step he took was not for comfort, but conviction.
And Allah responded with mercy.
*So as we gather with loved ones, share meals and offer our sacrifices, let us also make this du’aa:*
Rabbi aj‘alnī muqīma aṣ-ṣalāti wa min dhurriyyatī, rabbanā wa taqabbal du‘āa’. Rabbanā’ghfir lī wa li-wālidayya wa lil-mu’minīn yawma yaqūmu al-ḥisāb.
_May your Eid be filled with meaning, mercy and moments of sincere surrender._ 🤲
Let this day bring you back to the essence of your faith.
