BISP and NAVTTC Sign MoU to Empower Beneficiaries Through Skills Under Benazir Hunarmand Programme. BISP and NAVTTC have signed a key MoU to work together under the Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP) to provide skill training to BISP beneficiaries and their family members. The signing ceremony took place at NAVTTC headquarters and was attended by BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid and NAVTTC Chairperson Ms. Gulmina Bilal. The MoU was signed by Dr. Asim Ijaz, Director General NSER BISP, and Dr. Muhammad Ishaq Rao, Director General NAVTTC. Other key attendees included Executive Director NAVTTC Mr. Muhammad Aamir Jan and Chairman TEVTA Punjab Brig. Muhammad Sajid Khokhar. Under this partnership, BISP will share filtered data of interested beneficiaries with NAVTTC, who will then enroll them in training programs for high-demand skills that lead to local and international job opportunities.
