**FRIDAY NIGHT PRAYER**
**June 20th, 2025**
**Today's Rosary: The Sorrowful Mysteries**
*"When evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, we must rest in the arms of Divine Providence." — St. Francis de Sales**
🌙 O Merciful and Gentle Lord, as the stillness of Friday night descends, I come before You in surrender and reflection. Thank You for the day that has passed—for every grace You poured into it, for every strength I drew from You, and for every challenge that refined my faith. I lay down the weight of this day at Your feet. **Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)**. Into Your loving embrace, I rest my soul tonight.
🕯️ If I stumbled or strayed today, forgive me. If I judged too quickly, withheld kindness, or failed to listen, wash me in Your mercy. I repent of all that dimmed the light of love within me. **Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.” (Psalm 51:2)**. May this night’s stillness bring spiritual renewal, and my sleep be wrapped in Your forgiveness.
🌌 Quiet every anxious thought within me, Lord. The day may have left things undone or uncertain, but I entrust them now into Your perfect care. I choose peace over panic, surrender over striving. *“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.” (Psalm 55:22)**. Surround me with heavenly calm and silence the storms in my mind.
🕊️ Be the comforter of the sick, the protector of the vulnerable, and the companion of the lonely tonight. Let Your angels stand guard over every household in need. **He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” (Psalm 91:11)**. Watch over my family, my friends, and all who carry burdens they cannot speak.
✨ Lord, as my body surrenders to rest, may my soul rest in Your promises. Whether I dreamed of success or struggled in silence today, remind me that You are never absent. *“I lie down and sleep; I wake again because the Lord sustains me.” (Psalm 3:5)**. Let the lessons of this Friday draw me closer to You.
*💫 May your night be gentle, your sleep be sweet, and your spirit refreshed under the gaze of God. Rest deeply in His love, and rise tomorrow with renewed strength and serenity.**
