ಇಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಸೀಮಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅವರು, ಮಹಿಳೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಕುರಿತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡಿಸಿಪಿಗಳು, ಪಿಎಸ್ಐ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ನಡೆದ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸವಾಲು, ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
