The growing unrest in West Asia is deeply concerning and heartbreaking. The current situation between Iran and Israel is not just a regional issue but is a threat to global peace and stability. Israel’s aggressive actions, especially its encroachment on the sovereignty of neighboring countries, are alarming and provocative. Such moves by the Netanyahu regime, which continues to disregard international agreements and basic human values, are a grave concern for the entire modern world. If this war continues to escalate, its consequences will not remain confined to one region. Millions of Indians live and work in West Asia. Their safety and the stability of the region should be a priority for all of us, especially for India. India holds a unique position. We have longstanding diplomatic ties with Iran and, in recent years, growing relations with Israel. This balanced relationship presents India with an extraordinary opportunity, and a corresponding responsibility, to act as a peacemaker. I strongly believe that India should step forward to mediate and diplomatically resolve this crisis before it spirals further. I also urge our leadership to take an active role in restoring peace in Gaza. At this critical juncture, let us not remain silent. Let us pray and work for a world free from war, injustice, and oppression. May Allah guide us towards peace and understanding.
