It has been an inspiring and enriching two weeks for NYEWASCO staff who had the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive customer experience training program facilitated by Goodit International Ltd. This initiative is part of our ongoing strategy to enhance service delivery by equipping staff with modern skills and industry best practices in customer relationship management.
The training was designed to deepen understanding of customer experience, covering fundamentals, the customer value chain, and effective problem-solving. It also featured team-building activities to promote collaboration, trust, and cohesion—key to delivering a seamless customer journey.
Aligned with NYEWASCO’s customer-first approach, the program emphasized soft skills essential for meaningful engagement, such as emotional intelligence, adaptive communication, modern service standards, and the importance of cross-departmental collaboration.
The lessons from this training will help improve customer interactions.
