Bhupendra Vishwakarma and Rajesh Kumar were behind bars for three months during the trial. During this trial period Bhupendra died. This woman filed SC/ST act and gangrape on them. She was given 8 lakh rupees for compensation. Now the special court has fined her 2.1 lakh Rupees in addition to the 7 years, 6 months jail term.
