Courts are assisting your immature and ignorant kids to go against you. If a female child can decide her marriage after 18, why is she dependent for maintenance until marriage? What if she goes to live in with someone? Since its not marriage, will father still be forced to maintain her? Courts focusing extremely on individual rights, absolutely forgetting that the job of law was to discipline a society. Not cause chaos by siding with ignorance. An 18+ female should also be liable to maintain herself, if she has FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. It is further painful to see when such females suffer, they turn back to parents. Because the same system that acted against the parents to give them the freedom and rights, now takes absolutely zero responsibility for their maintenance.
