We’re looking for experienced Tactical Reaction Officers (TROs) to join our elite private security team. If you're calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and skilled in tactical response, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: *Respond swiftly to armed robberies, intrusions, panic signals, and high-risk security alerts. *Conduct tactical building clearances, perimeter patrols, and alarm responses. *Operate reaction vehicles under pressure using defensive driving tactics. *Maintain clear communication with control rooms and on-site security teams. *Complete detailed incident reports and maintain professional conduct on all assignments. Minimum Requirements: *Grade 10/12 (Matric certificate preferred). *PSIRA registered – Grade C or higher (Grade B/A preferred). *Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. *Firearm competency for business purposes (SAPS certified). *1–2 years’ experience in tactical response or high-risk security operations. Preferred Characteristics: *High situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure. *Physically fit and able to handle extended shifts and demanding environments. *Strong teamwork and communication skills. *Professional, disciplined, and respectful conduct at all times. *Committed to confidentiality, integrity, and client protection.
