*Rakesh Walia V. State of NCTD (2025 SC)* 1. Complaint: “I got into the accused’s car, and he offered me a drink (which was spiked). After consuming it, i lost consciousness and was taken to a deserted place and was raped.”. 2. SC observed that apart from the complaint and S.164 CrPC (S.183 BNSS) statement, there is no other evidence on record. Also, the same Complainant has filed nearly identical cases atleast against 8 other persons across different PS in Delhi. Also, the Complainant never cooperated with the investigation and didn’t appear before court. 3. FIR quashed.
