> *We are looking for a WebLogic Administrator* *Job Description* We are hiring a WebLogic Administrator to join our technical support and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle WebLogic Server administration and hands-on experience with deploying enterprise applications, system monitoring, performance tuning, and maintaining high availability environments. *Job Description:* As a WebLogic Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, deployment, and management of WebLogic servers. You will work with developers, security experts, and operations teams to ensure smooth application deployments and maintain the overall performance and reliability of the platform. *Key Responsibilities:* Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server in development, testing, and production environments Deploy Java-based applications, manage server clusters, and monitor server health and logs Implement and maintain high availability, failover, and load balancing setups Configure and manage JMS (Java Messaging Service), data sources, and other WebLogic services Set up SSL/TLS for secure communications and ensure system-wide security best practices Troubleshoot server and application-related issues and provide prompt resolutions Assist in planning and performing system upgrades and migrations Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to support application deployments Maintain technical documentation including configuration details, deployment processes, and change logs Stay updated with the latest security patches and apply them as needed *Requirements:* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working with Oracle WebLogic Server Strong understanding of Java EE applications and middleware environments Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Familiarity with tools such as JConsole, WLST, and scripting for automation Experience with SSL certificate installation, configuration, and management Knowledge of Oracle databases and integration with WebLogic is a plus Understanding of server security standards and compliance Strong communication and coordination skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Experience with Linux and Windows server environments Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously *How to Apply* Eligible candidates must send their updated CV along with copies of academic and professional certificates.
