*Job Description:*
-Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
-Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings
-Maintain office records, files, and documents
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
-Assist with preparing reports, invoices, and basic data entry
-Provide support to team members and handle customer queries when needed
*Requirements:*
-Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Must be fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu
-Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Must be presentable and professional in communication
