> *We’re Hiring – Office Administrator* *Location: Tubli, Bahrain* *Job Description* We are looking for a hardworking and organized Office Administrator to join our fire and safety company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same field and be comfortable handling daily office tasks and supporting the team. *Job Responsibilities:* -Handle day-to-day office work such as answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors -Maintain proper filing of documents and records -Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports -Follow up with clients and suppliers when needed -Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings -Support the sales and technical teams with administrative tasks -Ensure the office is well-organized and runs smoothly *Job Requirements:* -Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a fire and safety company -Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) -Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Strong attention to detail and time management -Able to work independently and take initiative -Must be currently in Bahrain -Visa will be provided by the company -Immediate joiners preferred *How to Apply* If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to: [email protected] Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
