We are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimation and Operations Engineer to join our growing team. *Job Location:* Saudi Arabia *Job Type:* Full-time *Sector:* Engineering / Construction *About the Role:* As an Estimation and Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, costing, and supervising technical operations. You will be involved from the beginning of the project—preparing cost estimates, schedules, and material plans—through to execution and final commissioning. *Your Main Responsibilities:* *Project Planning & Coordination* Create detailed work schedules and project plans Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to meet deadlines Support project managers with regular updates and reporting *Estimation & Costing* Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates for electromechanical work Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and track project budgets Perform value engineering and cost-saving analysis *Procurement & Material Management* Identify and order required materials, tools, and equipment Follow up on deliveries, inventory, and supplier performance Ensure material compliance with project specifications *Drawings & Technical Documents* Review and update AutoCAD drawings, diagrams, and layouts Work on As-Built drawings and ensure document control Coordinate with design teams and consultants *Site Supervision & Commissioning* Monitor installation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems Supervise testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Required Qualifications & Skills:* -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering -Minimum 5 years of work experience in large-scale projects in the Gulf region -Knowledge of estimation tools, AutoCAD, and project planning software -Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills -Transferable Iqama (mandatory) -Valid Saudi driving license is a plus *How to Apply* Send your updated CV (PDF format) and cover letter to: [email protected] [email protected] Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
