STARFRUIT FULJHAR SODA INGREDIENTS ⭐ 2 starfruit / kamrakh ⭐ 2 tbsp mint leaves ⭐ 1 tbsp lemon juice ⭐ 1 tsp salt ⭐ 1 tsp black salt ⭐ 1 tsp chaat masala ⭐ 2 tbsp sugar ⭐ 2-3 tbsp water (as required) ⭐ Soda (as required) INSTRUCTIONS: 1️⃣ In a blender jar, add starfruit, mint leaves, Lemon juice, salt, black salt, chaat masala, sugar, and water. Blend everything together. 2️⃣ Pour this mixture into shot glasses. This quantity makes 2 shot glasses of 60 ml each. 3️⃣ Fill your glass with soda almost to the top, then carefully drop one shot glass inside the soda and enjoy.

FRUIT CHILL AT HOME Ingredients ✨1 cup watermelon ✨½ cup cherries, deseeded ✨1 tbsp lemon juice ✨½ tsp black salt ✨1 cup kiwi ✨½ cup apple ✨1/2 cup water ✨1 cup jamun, deseeded ✨½ cup plum, deseeded ✨1 tsp chaat masala ✨½ tsp black salt ✨½ tbsp lemon juice ✨½ cup water ✨1 + ½ cup mango chunks ✨1 tbsp honey ✨½ cup water Method 1. In a blender jar, add the watermelon, cherries, lemon juice and black salt. Blend it to a smooth juice. Transfer the juice to the popsicle bags using a funnel and seal the bags. 2. ⁠For the green fruit chill - In a blender jar, add the kiwi, apple and water. Blend it to a smooth juice and transfer it to the popsicle bags using a funnel. Seal the bags. 3. Similarly, blend all the ingredients for the jamun and mango fruit chill as well. 4. ⁠Place all the sealed bags on a flat tray or plate and freeze it for at least 8 hours or overnight.

CHOCOLATE MOCHI Ingredients 🥰¼ cup glutinous rice flour 🥰1 tbsp cocoa powder 🥰2 tbsp castor sugar 🥰1 tbsp corn flour + more for dusting 🥰1 tbsp butter, melted 🥰⅓ cup milk For the filling 🥰Chocolate ice cream Method- 1. Take a microwave safe bowl and add the rice flour, cocoa powder, sugar, cornflour to it. 2. ⁠Give it a mix using a fork or chopsticks. Add the melted butter and milk and mix again to form a smooth batter. 3. ⁠Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave for 3 mins – stirring after every one minute. The mixture should look thick, combined and sticky. 4. ⁠Let the mixture come to room temperature. Refrigerate it then, for 10-15 mins. 5. ⁠Dust some cornflour on a clean surface and place the cooled dough on it. Roll out the mixture into a smooth dough and divide it equally into 4-5 portions Roll out each portion into a circle. 6. ⁠Take a small bowl or ramekin and place the rolled-out dough over it. Make sure the dough is larger in circumference than the ramekin and forms a cavity in centre. 7. ⁠Scoop some chocolate ice cream in the centre and carefully close the mochi dough into a small round ball. 8. Cut off the excess dough and seal the edges properly.

HEALTHY MANGO MAGNUM Ingredients: 🥭1 mango 🥭¼ cup yogurt 🥭1 tbsp milk 🥭1 tbsp honey For the Chocolate Shell 🥭1 cup white chocolate 🥭1 tsp sunflower oil Instructions 1. Peel and cut a mango into pieces. Add it to a blender jar with the yogurt, milk and honey. Blend it all together to a smooth paste. 2. Add the mixture to popsicle moulds and insert an ice cream stick in the centre. Freeze the mango magnum for at least 8 hours or overnight. 3. For the chocolate shell, add the chopped white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl alongwith the sunflower oil and heat it in 30 second intervals, making sure to mix after each interval to prevent the chocolate from burning. 4. Demould the mango magnum and dip them in the melted chocolate to coat it well. Place it on a parchment paper and freeze it until the chocolate shell sets completely.
