Ever felt like a motivation rollercoaster? Super pumped one day, zero drive the next? When motivation lets you down, it’s discipline that keeps the show running. 💪 Isiliye jab Prerna nahi hota hai, to discipline hi life ki gaadi ko chalaata hai. (Yes, I know it’s hoti, but hear me out!😂🙈) P.S. Wrote these Hindi lines for the monthly youth festival called ‘Prerna’ organised by ISKCON Chowpatty, so took some creative liberty with grammar. Matlab double meaning aur wordplay FTW! 🙈🤣

I once visited a home where a little boy excitedly asked his father to play as soon as he returned from work. The father, sinking into the sofa, sighed, “Beta, I’m exhausted.” The man drove home in his AC car from his AC office, where he likely spent the day in a cushy revolving chair, sipping coffee between meetings. Meanwhile, his son: Walked to school in the scorching heat, ran around like Usain Bolt during recess, came home and went back outside to play and still had energy left to play with his dad! Now, while the little boy is naturally more energetic, there’s another key difference—he was carefree. Physical exhaustion? A good night’s sleep fixes that. Mental exhaustion? Even 12 hours of sleep won’t help if your mind is running marathons of stress, anxiety, and pending emails. So, my friends, while we chase deadlines, let’s ensure we’re not dead inside. Prioritize your lifeline — ‘REST’ — not just PHYSICAL SLEEP, but MENTAL PEACE too. Because no amount of naps can refresh a restless mind!

Relationships are a mutual give-and-take—sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. Sometimes, the other person wins, and sometimes they lose. But here’s the key: occasionally choosing to “lose” to nurture love, understanding, and harmony isn’t really losing—it’s a victory in itself. However, if a relationship becomes one-sided, where one person always dominates, insists on being right, and constantly “wins” while the other is forced to keep losing—that’s not a healthy dynamic. That’s toxicity. You don’t have to sacrifice your self-respect to feed someone’s ego. In such cases, the real “win” is recognizing the imbalance and handling the relationship differently—with boundaries, wisdom, and self-worth intact.

Kuch to log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna ……. Everyone has an opinion. If you listen to all of them, you end up with nothing. * Listening to everyone = Listening to no one. * Taking too much advice = Losing your own vision. * Not trusting yourself = Wiping out everything that made you unique. It’s great to be open to feedback, but let’s filter out the noise. * Listen to those who matter. * Respect others, but don’t take every suggestion as gospel. * Most importantly, trust yourself!

Here’s a powerful life lesson from Neelkanth Mahadev, drawn from one of his glorious actions. Pls take a look 👆🏼 Wishing you all a Shubh Shivratri!

Truth + Humor = A Smooth Ride 🚀 Truth can be harsh, blunt, and sometimes straight-up painful—like stepping on a Lego barefoot. That’s where the humour comes in. Think of it as anaesthesia for the soul—making the surgical procedure of truth a little easier to handle! 🏥💉 Life already gives us enough struggles (and unsolicited advice from relatives 😂🙈) When people hear me speak, I want them to leave lighter, happier, and maybe even a little wiser—not feeling like they just attended a lecture from their Wi-Fi router. So yes, truth must be spoken—but why not sprinkle it with laughter? Because a sugar-coated pill is way easier to swallow than a bitter one 🍬💊 And let’s always remember that humour should lift, not hurt. It should be sensitive, not condescending. No vulgarity — just good vibes, smart jokes, and a whole lot of soul fireworks 🎇😆

Ever thought about ending a relationship but chose to focus on what’s worth fighting for instead? This Valentine’s Day, take a moment to appreciate the reasons you’ve stuck together, laugh off the little annoyances, and maybe tackle those bigger issues with love and care. Relationships—whether romantic or not—thrive on patience, effort, and a whole lot of understanding. Here’s to keeping the bond strong!

The greatest investment we can make is in our personal wellbeing, because if we’re in place, we can make everything else fall in place.

Looking at others’ progress is great when it inspires us to pursue our own goals with passion and dedication. But if it stirs up feelings of insecurity, inferiority, or jealousy, it’s a clear sign to shift our focus back to our own journey. After all, growth isn’t about comparison—it’s about becoming the best version of you.
