Islam: A Complete Way of Life Islam is an Arabic word that means "submission" and "peace." It is the way of life prescribed by Allah, guiding people in their spiritual, moral, social, and practical lives. Islam is not just a religion but a complete code of conduct that ensures success in both this world and the Hereafter. --- 1. Core Beliefs of Islam (Articles of Faith) Every Muslim must believe in the following six fundamental principles: 1. Belief in Allah – Allah is One, without any partners, and He is the Creator and Sustainer of everything. 2. Belief in Angels – Angels are Allah’s pure and obedient servants who carry out His commands. 3. Belief in Divine Books – The Qur’an, Torah, Psalms, and Gospel are revelations from Allah. 4. Belief in Prophets – From Adam (AS) to Muhammad (ﷺ), all prophets were chosen to guide humanity. 5. Belief in the Day of Judgment – Every person will be judged based on their deeds and sent to either Paradise or Hell. 6. Belief in Destiny (Qadr) – Everything happens according to Allah’s divine plan, whether good or bad. --- 2. The Five Pillars of Islam (Acts of Worship) These are the essential acts of worship that every Muslim must follow: 1. Shahada (Declaration of Faith) – "La ilaha illallah, Muhammadur Rasulullah" (There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger). 2. Salah (Prayer) – Performing five daily prayers, which connect a believer to Allah. 3. Sawm (Fasting in Ramadan) – Fasting from dawn to sunset during the holy month of Ramadan. 4. Zakat (Charity) – Giving a portion of wealth to the poor to purify one’s income. 5. Hajj (Pilgrimage to Makkah) – A once-in-a-lifetime obligation for those who can afford it. --- 3. The Qur’an: The Ultimate Guidance The Qur’an is the final and unaltered revelation from Allah, sent to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). It provides complete guidance for all aspects of life. Allah says in the Qur’an: "This is the Book in which there is no doubt, a guidance for those who fear Allah." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:2) --- 4. Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ): The Last Messenger Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) is the final messenger of Allah, sent as a mercy to all mankind. He taught the Qur’an, demonstrated the best character, and provided practical solutions for all aspects of life. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I have been sent to perfect good character." (Musnad Ahmad, 8595) --- 5. Islam Promotes Peace and Brotherhood Islam emphasizes justice, kindness, and unity among all people, regardless of race, nationality, or status. It fosters peace, love, and equality among its followers. Allah says in the Qur’an: "Indeed, the believers are but brothers. So, make peace between your brothers and fear Allah so that you may receive mercy." (Surah Al-Hujurat 49:10) --- 6. The Beauty of Islam ✅ Justice and Peace – Ensures fairness and harmony in society. ✅ Truthfulness and Honesty – Encourages integrity in all dealings. ✅ Rights of Others – Stresses respect for parents, neighbors, orphans, and the needy. ✅ Purity of Life – Guides against harmful and unlawful practices. ✅ Success in the Hereafter – Focuses on eternal peace and rewards in Paradise. --- Conclusion Islam is a complete way of life, not just a religion. It provides guidance for every aspect of life, leading to peace, success, and salvation. May Allah guide us all to follow the true path of Islam. Ameen! 💚💜💙❤️

Last Two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah (Verses 285-286) Verse 285: Translation: "The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, as do the believers. They all believe in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. (They say) ‘We make no distinction between any of His messengers.’ And they say, ‘We hear and obey. (Grant us) Your forgiveness, our Lord. To You is the (final) return.’" Translation: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. It will have (the consequence of) what (good) it has gained, and it will bear (the consequence of) what (evil) it has earned. (They pray): ‘Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not place a burden upon us like the one You placed upon those before us. Our Lord, do not burden us with what we cannot bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Protector, so help us against the disbelieving people.’" --- Benefits of Reciting These Verses ✅ Protection throughout the night (Sahih Bukhari, 5009) ✅ Forgiveness from sins ✅ Relief from burdens and hardships ✅ Increased faith and connection with Allah Make it a habit to recite these before sleeping for Allah’s mercy and protection. Ameen!

Your phrase "جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا" is already correct in Arabic. It means "May Allah reward you with goodness." However, if addressing different people, the correct forms are: جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا (Jazakallahu Khayran) → For a singular male (Jazakillahu Khayran) → For a singular female (Jazakumullahu Khayran) → For a group (plural) All of these are correct depending on whom you are addressing.

The correct greeting *السلام علیکم* (As-Salāmu ʿalaykum) is based on the teachings of the *Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)*, as found in the *Hadith*. Reference: The greeting *السلام علیکم* is mentioned in several Hadiths. One well-known reference is: - *Sahih Muslim*: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "When one of you meets his brother, let him greet him with *السلام علیکم*." This greeting is a Sunnah (a tradition of the Prophet) and is widely used by Muslims to wish peace, mercy, and blessings upon the person they greet. The *"و"* (and) is not included between *السلام* and *علیکم* in the greeting because that is not the correct structure. The *"و"* is used in responses like *وَعَلَیْکُمْ السلام* (Wa ʿalaykum as-Salam), which means "And upon you be peace." So, *السلام علیکم* is the correct greeting, and it is supported by authentic Islamic sources.
