Team Leadership and Staff Development • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Conduct team performance reviews, coaching, and professional development programs. • Lead regular team meetings to align objectives, address challenges, and share updates. 6. Compliance, Risk and Facility Management • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to support a safe, productive work environment. • Enforce adherence to company operational procedures and SOPs. 7. Financial Oversight and Reporting • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and resource efficiency. • Analyze and report operational performance, KPIs, and strategic initiative outcomes to senior leadership. Qualifications and Skills 1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations leadership within commercial printing, manufacturing, or similar industries. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive operational excellence. 4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. 5.
