EXPOSED: FOREIGN NATIONALS EXPLOITING OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AFTER 4PM In Pretoria West Hospital, illegal foreigners have found a loophole. They intentionally wait until after 4PM to seek healthcare? why you ask ? Because by then, cashiers have gone home, and there’s no one left to verify documents or charge for services. This is not by accident. This is premeditated abuse of our systems, and it’s happening because our government has allowed it! These animals are fully aware they are supposed to pay for healthcare services. They know they must show documentation. They know this is not emergency care, yet they feign emergencies after hours so they can receive free treatment without following due process. This is what happens when ✔️ Immigration officers are not stationed at hospitals. @HomeAffairsSA ✔️ Departments are deliberately under-resourced. ✔️ There’s no accountability for enforcing the Immigration Act or the National Health Act. ✔️ Government tolerates systematic abuse while citizens wait for hours

⚠️ BREAKING NEWS: SHOCKING DEVELOPMENTS IN DANVILLE CLINIC CHILD CUSTODY INCIDENT⚠️ Progressive Forces of South Africa (PFSA) has received disturbing new information regarding the viral incident that took place at Danville Clinic, involving a Zimbabwean woman and a South African child. Previously, it was believed that the child was biologically related to the woman involved. However, new details have emerged from her boyfriend, identified as Muronga, who has confirmed that the child is not hers. The biological mother a South African citizen is reportedly irresponsibly moving between Soweto and Hammanskraal and has abandoned the child. Further, the child’s grandmother has reportedly refused involvement, saying she has given up on her daughter and cannot assist in the matter. We want to make it clear that: • The Zimbabwean woman is not a legal guardian and did not follow any formal adoption, foster care, or legal guardianship process. • There is no documentation legitimizing her custody of the child.

*STATEMENT: THE TRUTH ABOUT SIMBARASHE CHITANDO IS OUT AND SOUTH AFRICANS DESERVE ANSWERS* We have now received written confirmation from the Department of Home Affairs, through parliamentary processes, that Simbarashe Chitando is not a naturalized South African citizen, nor a permanent resident. He entered the country on a study visa, which was later converted to a spousal visa through marriage. This raises one fundamental question: How is an individual on a spousal visa allowed to practise law, appear in court, and challenge the South African government in constitutional matters? This revelation confirms what we, as the Progressive Forces of South Africa (PFSA), and many concerned citizens have long suspected — that there is a clear failure in regulatory oversight, both at the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and the Department of Home Affairs. We are still awaiting formal responses from these institutions. However, this latest parliamentary reply marks a critical breakthrough in uncovering what appears to be a web of legal manipulation and institutional silence. We extend our heartfelt thanks to ActionSA, and in particular, Matthew George and Lerato Ngobeni, for using their parliamentary powers to ask the questions that no one else dared to. While others tried to silence us — falsely claiming that Chitando was a citizen or a permanent resident truth has prevailed. This is only the beginning. South Africans have a right to know: Who enabled this? Who turned a blind eye? Who must be held accountable? We will not rest until every layer of this rot is exposed. Thank you, ActionSA. The fight for truth and accountability continues.

No, South Africa is not an open-door hospital. No you can’t just walk in undocumented and expect taxpayers to fund your treatment. Human rights does not mean South African citizens must come last in their own country. 📍Day 63 in Danville, Pretoria West The community has risen. The movement has supported. And the message is clear: Our clinics are not dumping grounds for illegal access. We are respectfully turning away undocumented foreigners and reminding them of the many other options available to them: ✔️ Travel insurance from their embassies ✔️ Private clinics and doctors (R300–R500 consultation) ✔️ NGOs and charitable clinics that operate with private donations Not the already overstretched public health system of South Africa! When the @HealthZA fails to protect national resources, the people will rise and do the job for them. South African healthcare is for South Africans. It’s not personal it’s constitutional. And to those still shocked: This is the new reality. The era of silence is officially over. No more waiting in 3-day queues while foreign nationals skip the line. No more ghost patients with no ID, no name, and no address. No more misuse of the system paid for by South African taxpayers. Amandla to the Danville Community and the Danville Mbokodos You are proving that when a community decides, the country moves. This is how we reclaim what’s ours.

We’ve formally responded to Simbarashe Chitando’s circus act of a defence. Let it be known: this matter will NOT be laid to rest until accountability is served, and the @CouncilPractice does what it should’ve done long ago uphold the law. Him likening Progressive Forces to Hamas will do nothing but push us to actually see this through No citizenship. No PR. No bar. No business in our courts. @HomeAffairsSA @TheBMA_SA @PresidencyZA @SAPoliceService @simbachitando
