Focus on your craft. Do not be easily moved by distractions and noise. You are a king. -PEC

With over two-thirds of Nigeria's population made up of youth, there are expectations. Thus, the many conversations on youth and policy, youth and governance, and youth engagements on multiple fronts, particularly in the socioeconomic realities of our societies. I had a thoughtful conversation with NewCentral TV’s Lekan Onabanjo on *‘Building Purpose-Driven Youth: Leadership, Creativity & Nation-Building in a New Nigeria’*. We examined the social and economic realism of the youth in the face of global implications. I found it an honour to share my thoughts as the Executive Director of PurposeForte, a #Tech4Opportunity organization that maximizes technology for opportunities in emerging nations. As we navigate the complexities of our time, may we, the youth, rise with clarity, lead with purpose, and build with vision. The future of Nigeria is not a distant dream—it is a present responsibility. https://youtu.be/1EsgpO1CbKw?si=yVpOXW4CboEv7FcQ — Prince Ezeabata Chibuzor

KINGS SEEK THE HOW. There are two sets of people : The Masses and the Kings. The Masses are more in numbers, the kings are very few, and they react and think differently. The masses are not critical thinkers, and as such they are largely foolish and whenever something trendy such as this happens, they spend their perspiration chanting praises and wowing all around, and it ends there. In a week time, they forgot about it and move on, without learning a single lesson, from what has happened. But,Kings are different. Unlike the masses - poor and foolish people, with a limited range of motion- they act differently. I will tell you what they do. They join in chanting and praising, yes! But, they don't stop there. They go further. They go further to seek how, and how was it possible. One of the difference between the masses and the Kings, the pawns and the Queen in the chess game of life is that the masses loves motivation, and inspiration. They are so obsessed with motivation and inspiration. I will tell you why? Because motivation and inspiration is cheap. It's easy to feel motivate and inspired. Everyone feels that, but, the kings go on to seek, the 'How'. The kings are not satisfied with the inspiration and motivation, they also seek to ask 'How was it possible?'. The How answer is not gotten everywhere, the How answer is gotten from critical thinking, and carefully studying the patterns and traits of the past, because they understand that nothing big, just happened from the blues. The masses believe something big can happen from the blues. Kings understand that, it isn't possible. There must be something. Do not join the masses to end in motivation, go further...be a KING. ____ PEC

I have noticed that it has become increasingly common for people to feel nervous or fidgety when meeting me, which I initially found unusual but now consider normal. The first time I experienced this was in my first year in 2019 when I was eighteen and founding the Association of Creative Writers. After collecting the details of interested members, I scheduled interview sessions for all applicants, one at the Mini Campus and the other at the Main Campus. During these interviews, I was one of the judges, and before me were fellow students who seemed anxious. Some were fidgeting, others stuttering, and a few wiping perspiration off their faces with handkerchiefs due to their anxiety and tension. That was my first encounter with someone visibly fidgeting in my presence, not out of fear but out of excitement from meeting me. Often, when people meet me, they may have heard of me or followed my work but have never met me in person. When they finally do, I can sense their unusual excitement, the kind that says, "Oh my, this is Prince. Oh my!" Sometimes, due to this tension, they prefer to keep a physical distance and later leave me a message saying, "I saw you today" or "I attended your hangout, but I couldn't approach you. I was too shy." Gradually, I began to experience such encounters more frequently, but I never paid much attention to it. I never thought of myself as a celebrity. However, my experience today was quite remarkable. This particular person knew me; we had seen each other several times before. However, today when they saw me, I could feel the tension and excitement rushing through their body. They were shaking and breathing heavily when they met me, and it intensified even more when I touched them. With a smile, I had to reassure them, saying, "Calm down. It is okay." A few moments after that encounter, another person approached me for the first time today. They greeted me warmly and with great enthusiasm, and the very first words out of their mouth were, "I am honored to meet you. You are a celebrity." I couldn't help but feel a mix of surprise and humility at their statement. It reminded me once again of how others perceive me and the impact I have on their lives. While I may not see myself as a celebrity, it was evident that my work and presence had made a significant impression on this person. We engaged in a conversation, and as we spoke, their admiration and respect for me became more apparent. They shared stories of how my work had inspired them and how they had eagerly followed my achievements. It was truly humbling to hear their words and to realize the extent of the influence I had unknowingly gained. As the conversation came to a close, I thanked them for their kind words and expressed my gratitude for their support. I emphasized that I am just an ordinary person who is passionate about my craft, and it is through the collective efforts of individuals like them that my work is able to make a difference. Reflecting on the encounters I had today, I couldn't help but appreciate the power of inspiration and the profound effect it can have on others. It reminded me of the responsibility that comes with the influence I have gained. I resolved to continue striving for excellence in my endeavors and to use my platform to uplift and inspire others. While I may not fully comprehend the magnitude of my impact, I am grateful for the opportunities to connect with individuals who appreciate my work. I remain committed to my passion and purpose, knowing that every encounter is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life. These experiences have reminded me of the significance of the work I do and the effect it can have on others. It is an honor to be seen as a source of inspiration and to touch lives through my craft. I will continue to embrace these encounters with humility, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility. . . . . __Prince Ezeabata Chibuzor || Repost, May 22nd, 2023 || Final Year, Uni-Abuja.

The Future Is Beyond Oil, And Nigeria Must Not Be Left Behind. As the world rapidly transitions into a new frontier — technology, artificial intelligence, entertainment, digital enterprise — nations are reevaluating their economic anchors. Oil is no longer enough. During my recent appearance on national television, I emphasized this urgent truth: while world leaders are meeting to navigate the AI revolution, Nigeria must not just observe — we must evolve. Saudi Arabia the largest oil exporter, is enlarging towards AI. We need to begin thinking beyond oil, beyond infrastructure alone, and toward capacity development, innovation, digital skills, and global relevance. Our (we the) youth must be equipped not just for today’s jobs, but for tomorrow’s realities. Catch this short clip from the session. Let’s keep pushing the conversation. https://youtu.be/4mpJx6sWg1M?si=r9OOabNvA8V1v3dG

A few days back , I was invited to a national TV to discuss on Children And The Youth In The Nigerian Society. https://youtu.be/4mpJx6sWg1M?si=r9OOabNvA8V1v3dG

"I can kill for you," she captioned his photo. Two months later, she proved it. Raised believing she was unlovable, she fell for the first man who praised her flaws. For five years, she built her world around him—until discovering his secret engagement to another woman "from a good family." In their blood-soaked apartment, a machete and broken mirror became the final instruments of a relationship founded on trauma and obsession. How far would you go for a love that was never truly yours? https://medium.com/@prince_ezeabata/kills-for-her-love-a4e3e13af8ae ——————— Share || Share your reviews with me.

You are young. Look around you. Look at the elders around you. Look at the married couple around you. Look at the random strangers walking the streets. Look at the numbers of people driving to and fro to work every week day. Look at everything. Think about yourself. Look at the masses grumbling about the fate of the nation everyday. Now cast your inner mind retrospectively to the lives of those around you. Imagine them some years ago. The people you grew up looking up; now you are an adult, cast your mind to examine them - what do you see? What are the patterns? What are the motifs in the fabric of their lives? Now, imagine yourself some years after now. Cast your mind with a mind vision into an older you in few years to come. Having thought of all these - what do you see. What are the odds? What are the options? What are the paths? What are the patterns? What do you found out? What do you do? What realities do you see? What hypnosis do you uncover? How do you salvage the salvageable? Many are catfishing. Many are masking for the glamour of snaps and pics. Now, what’s left for you? What are the battles? Sit down, think, study, shun the voice of folly. Bury yourself. Fight your battles. It is my prayer, that when you do — we do — we avoid the mistakes of those ahead of us. And, we find the strength and wisdom to win our battles, and transcend the limitations you see around you. —-PEC
