*కూలీల పని ప్రదేశాల్లో ఇవి ఉంచాల్సిందే - పైనుంచి వచ్చిన ఆదేశాలు! - FACILITIES FOR MGNREGA WORKERS* పని ప్రదేశాల్లో ఉపాధి కూలీలకు సౌకర్యాలపై గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి, పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ ఆదేశాలు - టెంట్, మంచినీరు, ప్రథమ చికిత్స కిట్‌ ఉంచాలని ఆదేశాలు Instructions on Facilities MGNREGA Workers :ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం కూలీలకు పని ప్రదేశాలలో సకల సౌకర్యాలను కల్పించాలని గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి, పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లను మంగళవారం ఆదేశించింది. వేసవి ఎండల తీవ్రత దృష్ట్యా ఉదయం పది గంటలలోపు, సాయంత్రం నాలుగు గంటల తరువాత పనులు కల్పించాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. కేంద్రం నిర్ణయించిన రూ.307 కూలి చెల్లించాలి :కూలీలు అంతా తమకు కేటాయించిన స్థలానికి నిర్ణీత పని వేళలకు చేరుకునేలా అవగాహన కల్పించాలని, పని ప్రదేశం ఐదు కిలోమీటర్ల కంటే ఎక్కువ దూరం ఉంటే నోటిఫైడ్‌ కూలి రేటులో 10 శాతం అదనంగా చెల్లించాలని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. పని ప్రదేశంలో టెంట్‌ వేయాలని, ప్రతి కూలీకి 5 లీటర్ల తాగునీటిని, ప్రథమ చికిత్స పెట్టె అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని తెలిపారు. ఓఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ప్యాకెట్లను సమకూర్చాలని, కూలీలు అస్వస్థతకు గురైనా, ప్రమాదం బారిన పడినా వెంటనే సమీప హాస్పటల్ కి తరలించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో కూలీలు రోజుకు నిర్ణీత పరిమాణం మేరకు పనులు చేస్తే కేంద్రం నిర్ణయించిన రూ.307 కూలి చెల్లించాలని సూచించారు. ఉపాధి హామీ అమలులో సమస్యలు ఉంటే ఫోన్ చేయండి : ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం అమలులో సమస్యలను తెలియజేసేందుకు హైదరాబాద్‌లో సహాయ కేంద్రం ఏర్పాటు చేశామని, 18002001001 టోల్‌ ఫ్రీ నంబరుకు ఫోన్‌ చేయాని గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి, పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ తెలిపింది.
