خبر ۱۴۰۴ د غبرګولي ۷ په کندهار کې د دامان مهاجرينو د ښارګوټي دوهم فاز افتتاح شو د افغانستان اسلامي امارت د رياست الوزراء اداري مرستيال محترم مولوي عبدالسلام حنفي چې د کور او ښار جوړولو وزارت سرپرست مولوي حمدالله نعماني يې ملتيا کوله کندهار ولايت ته د سفر پر مهال نن ماسپښین راستنېدونکو مهاجرينو ته د دامان ښارګوټي دوهم فاز د یو لړ مراسمو په ترڅ کې پرانیست. په دې مناسبت جوړو شويو مراسمو کې چې د کندهار د والي مرستيال مولوي محمد صادق انقلابي او ولايتي مسؤلينو په ګډون علماوو او ولسي خلکو هم په کې حضور درلود د رياست الوزراء اداري مرستيال مولوي عبدالسلام حنفي وويل: د زرګونو، علماوو، حافظانو، ځوانانو او د هيواد د ريښتينو بچيانو په قربانيو راغلی دا اسلامي نظام او اوسنی امنيت د الله تعالی ستر نعمتونه دي چې پر ټولو يې د شکر اداينه لازمه ده. د ریاست الوزراء اداري مرستيال زياته کړه، د مهاجرينو ستونزو ته رسېدنه او پخپلو سيمو کې هغوی ته د دايمي مېشتېدنې په موخه د ښارګوټو جوړول د اسلامي امارت د مسؤلينو کاري لومړيتوب دی. محترم حنفي صاحب کندهار ته د خپل سفر هدف د دامان مهاجرینو ښارګوټي د لومړي فاز تر سره شویو چارو څارنه او د دوهم فاز افتتاح وبلل چې مستحقو مهاجرینو ته به ورکول کیږي. دغه ښار ګوټی چې په ۱۵۱۰ جريبه ځمکه د ښاري پلان مطابق جوړیږي د اړتیا وړ ټولې لومړنۍ اسانتیاوې ورته په پام کې نیول شوې، تر دې مهاله یې د لومړي فاز دخولي دروازه، ۶ د اوبو شمسي سیستمونه، ۶ د اودسونو ځایونه او ۴ کیلومتره سرک په نیمه اساسي ډول رغاول شوی چې نن یې د ددوهم فاز چارې هم افتتاح او د ځمکو د توزیع لړۍ رسما پیل شوه.

خبر ۷ جوزا ۱۴۰۴ فاز دوم شهرک مهاجرین دامان در کندهار افتتاح گردید محترم مولوی عبدالسلام حنفی معاون اداری ریاست الوزراء امارت اسلامی افغانستان در حالیکه از سوی مولوی حمدالله نعمانی سرپرست وزارت شهرسازی و مسکن همراهی می‌ گردید، بعد از ظهر امروز فاز دوم شهرک مهاجرین دامان در کندهار را طی مراسمی افتتاح نمود. در این مراسم که به شمول مولوی محمد صادق انقلابی معاون والی کندهار و مسئولین ولایتی، علما و مردم عام نیز حضور داشتند، محترم مولوی عبدالسلام حنفی معاون اداری ریاست الوزراء گفت: نظام اسلامی و امنیت کنونی که در اثر قربانی های هزاران علماء، حافظان، جوانان و فرزندان واقعی کشور به میان آمده، نعمت های بزرگ الله تعالی می باشند که شکرگزاری آن به همه لازم است. معاون اداری ریاست الوزراء افزود که به منظور رسیدگی به مشکلات مهاجرین و اسکان دایمی آنان در مناطق مربوطه شان، ایجاد شهرک‌ها، اولویت کاری مسئولین امارات اسلامی می باشد. محترم مولوی عبدالسلام حنفی هدف سفر خود را نظارت از کار انجام شده ساخت فاز اول شهرک مهاجرین دامان کندهار و افتتاح فاز دوم آن عنوان کرد که به مهاجرین مستحق داده می شود. قابل یادآوری است که شهرک متذکره در ۱۵۱۰ جریب زمین به اساس پلان شهری ساخته می شود و تمام نیازمندی های اولیه در آن مدنظر گرفته شده است. تا اکنون دروازه دخولی فاز اول، ۶ سیستم شمسی آب، ۶ وضوخانه و ۴ کیلومتر سر به گونه‌ نیمه اساسی ساخته شده که امروز کار فاز دوم آن افتتاح و هم جریان توزیع زمین رسماً آغاز گردید.

Inauguration of the Second Phase of Daman Refugee Township in Kandahar May 28, 2025 H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, accompanied by Mawlawi Hamdullah Numani, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Housing, officially inaugurated Phase Two of the Daman Residential Town for returnees in Kandahar Province. During the ceremony, attended by Deputy Governor Mawlawi Mohammad Sadiq Enqelabi and other local officials, the Deputy Prime Minister underscored that the current security and Islamic governance, made possible by the sacrifices of scholars, youth, and devoted citizens, are among the divine blessings for which we must remain grateful. The Deputy Prime Minister stated that the establishment of townships to address refugee issues and ensure their permanent resettlement is a top priority for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He added that his visit aimed to inspect the completed first phase of the Daman Kandahar refugee township and inaugurate the second phase, which will be allocated to deserving refugees. The township is being developed on 1,510 jeribs of land with essential infrastructure, including an entrance gate, six solar water systems, six ablution facilities, and four kilometers of semi-paved roads. The second phase was officially inaugurated today, marking the start of land distribution.

New Residential Township for Returning Refugees Inaugurated in Zabul May 28, 2025 The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Acting Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Mawlavi Hamdullah Nomani, the Governor of Zabul, Mullah Sher Mohammad Sharif, and other provincial officials inuagurated a new residential township for the returnees in Zabul province. This township, which is planned over 4,321 jeribs of land, has been designed in accordance with the master plan of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, and all necessary facilities for residents have been considered in its planning. During the inauguration, the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs began the allocation of plots within this township to eligible refugee families. The plots will be distributed to those refugees of Zabul province who are identified as eligible by the High Commission for Addressing Refugee Affairs. At the inauguration ceremony, His Excellency, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi assured that the Islamic Emirate will continue its efforts to support refugees in various areas, particularly in providing housing in relevant regions. It is worth noting that during this visit, the progress and follow-up of the first phase of the Sheikh Mati Baba Township project for refugees in Zabul was also reviewed.
