A survey which I did sometime last year, 75 % of employees revealed that they spent almost 5-6 Hours on their personal phones doing their personal business, which simply means on the available 8 working hours they are only working 2-3 Hours. Yet at the end of the month they want their salaries in full amount, but isn't that day light robbery to the employers, it's high time we start to introduce hourly wages and pay people according to the production they bring into the company.
