Communication is another important aspect when it comes to sales. Communication can either make you close a deal or loose a deal. As a salesperson it's about solving your clients' needs rather dumping your product or service to the client. Which is why it's important to practice active listening during the sales process or even after sales. It's high time our schools start to introduce active listening as well the same way they do public speaking.
