How to avoid bloating (without extreme diets):
• Eat slowly — chew thoroughly
• Avoid drinking too much water during meals
• Limit carbonated drinks & processed snacks
• Walk for 10 minutes after eating
• Include fiber, but increase it gradually
• Track how some foods that affect you
• Stay consistent with meal timings
