1. Never tell your boyfriend, or husband your actual body count if you are no longer a virgin 2. Never tell him the intricate details of your sexual experience with any man before he came into the picture. 3. Never give details during relationship that points to a past you did not tell him. Above lady👆 is the victim of this mistake. 4. Never show him any man you have ever slept with. If he meets you a non virgin, he already knows you are not innocent, but to accept to date you, he's convinced himself that you are not that damaged. Even if you are not so damaged, such images damage his perception of you and *makes his think he has been delusional.* You'll never rapir the damage it'll do to your innocent image he's created. Not all secrets must be revealed. They were your choices, LIVE WITH THEM! DIE WITH THEM! Even God will not judge you!

*Your Name Is on the Land, But Not in the Law!* Imagine losing the land your father left you... not because someone stole it, but because your legal document quietly expired. Uganda is racing toward 31 May 2025, and most people don’t even know what’s coming. The Expiry No One Told You About. All Letters of Administration for the Estates of the Deceased issued before May 2022 will expire on 31 May 2025. If you don’t act, your family’s land, houses, businesses, or accounts could be frozen—or grabbed. This is the final grace period under the 2022 Succession Amendment Act. Thousands of families are holding expired legal authority without knowing. No update = no control = no claim. A silent deadline can be deadlier than a public dispute. #SecureYourLand If You Hold an LOA, You Must Revalidate It. You cannot continue administering a deceased’s estate with expired authority. Every Letter of Administration issued before May 2022 must be revalidated, renewed, or reapplied for. Even if you’ve partially distributed property—you still need legal renewal. The law now recognizes only active authority beyond May 2025. Having papers doesn’t mean having power—if the law moved on without you. #SecureYourLand. This Isn't Bureaucracy—It's a Legal Wall. If your family hasn’t finalized property transfers, you’re at risk of losing access. You can’t process land titles with expired Letters of Administration. You can’t access bank accounts or sell property legally. Fraudsters thrive when your documents expire. Your loss will begin the moment your documents expire—quietly, but fatally. #SecureYourLand Who Is Most Affected? Anyone holding Letters of Administration for a deceased’s estate granted before May 2022 Families where the property is still under distribution or dispute. Diaspora Ugandans relying on family to “handle things back home” Ask yourself: Did the deceased pass before 2022? Did you get Letters of Administration but never complete transfers? Is your name on the land… but not on any legal title? If yes, you’re at risk—and time is running out. #SecureYourLand What You Must Do Before 31 May 2025. Check the date on your Letters of Administration. If they were granted before May 2022—go to High Court or Magistrate Court to reapply. Engage the Administrator General’s Office to validate your role and avoid legal paralysis. The law won’t protect what you won’t act on. #SecureYourLand Uganda’s Administrator General, has made it clear: The law will not honor expired letters after May 2025. Courts will not process transactions tied to invalid documents. The office cannot help those who show up after the grace period closes. The law doesn’t reward the silent. It backs the prepared. #SecureYourLand Fraud Loves Delay. If your LOA expires and the estate remains unprocessed: Someone else could apply for fresh Letters on that same estate. Forged documents can replace your silent claim. Families that delay become battlegrounds for opportunists. The land you love is the land someone else is watching. #SecureYourLand Diaspora? This Hits You Harder. Many Ugandans abroad think their father’s land is safe because “it’s family land.” But if the LOA hasn’t been updated, you could lose it by technicality. Fraud, forgery, and land theft begin with expired documents. If you're abroad, call your lawyer or family NOW. Being away doesn’t mean being exempt. #SecureYourLand TOMORROW — Join us in the @ManCaveUg for the Deep Dive. 🎙️ Tomorrow at APM (EAT) on X Space, we’re unpacking:Influencer marketing courses What the 2022 Succession Law really changed? Why Letters of Administration now expire? How to secure your land, titles, and legal standing before 31 May 2025? Your land. Your legacy. Your responsibility. #SecureYourLand (@kyamageroandrew)

Avoid a hungry woman. A hungry woman can be either a broke woman or a woman with money. But a broke woman may not necessarily be a hungry woman. A hungry woman is a like a pest who takes and hates to work. A broke woman can be a good partner who can work with a man.

A hungry woman, it's her v@gina that suffers. A broke woman, her femininity grows stronger. A stupid man with money, his wallet and consequently his future suffers. A broke man is more assured of finding real love!
