*The National Standards Authority of Afghanistan signed a MoU with the consulting organization (LIMA) to manage energy in buildings* The event, held at the GMIC, was attended by Director-General of the National Standards Authority Haji Mullah Faizullah Tamim, Director of the GMIC Naeemullah Haqani Herati, Director of the LIMA Consulting Organization Dr. Engineer Mohammad Omar Temori, Technical Deputy Director of the National Standards Authority Mawlawi Mohammad Asif Qanit, Administrative and Financial Deputy Director Mawlawi Ataullah Farid, as well as other relevant officials and media representatives. The program began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Initially, Haji Mullah Faizullah Tamim spoke about the importance of energy management and its role in progress and development. He emphasized that the National Standards Authority of Afghanistan, as one of the key agencies of the Emirate, is always committed to ensuring the welfare, comfort and ease of its citizens. He added that their efforts are focused on promoting scientific and technical standards to improve the quality of life for fellow citizens and contribute to the development of the country’s economy. Following that, Dr. Engineer Mohammad Omar Temori expressed gratitude towards the officials of the National Standards Authority, stressing the crucial role of standards in progress and development. He highlighted the importance of preventing energy waste in the construction industry and committed to further cooperation in implementing the memorandum. During the program, the Technical Deputy Director of the National Standards Authority Mawlawi Mohammad Asif Qanit, stated that this MoU would lay the groundwork for establishing and applying technical standards in the construction sector, enhancing the capacity of specialists, researching methods to reduce energy waste, and creating an efficient monitoring system. He emphasized their commitment to improving national energy management standards through this collaboration and encouraging both the public and private sectors in this regard. The program concluded with the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) by the General- Director of the (ANSA) and the Director of the LIMA Consulting Organization.

د سټنډرډ ملي ادارې د تخنیکي چارو مرستیال مولوي محمد آصف قانت: دا تفاهمنامه زموږ د هڅو او همکاریو نښه ده چې لاندې هدفونو ته رسیدو لپاره همکاري کوو: 1. د انرژۍ د حفظ او ضایعاتو د مخنیوي لپاره تحقیقاتی پروژې. 2. د متخصصینو او انجنیرانو روزنه په ملي ستندردونو کې. 3. د علمي اسنادو او مدارکو تدوین او تبادله. 4. د هېواد محیطي او اقتصادي شرایطو ته په کتلو د ستندردونو تغیرات. 5. د انرژۍ د تحفظ لپاره مشخص کود جوړول. 6. د متخصصینو د ظرفیت لوړونه په ستندرد کاري پروسه کې.

*د افغانستان سټنډرډ ملي ادارې د انرژۍ مدیریت په برخه کې د ودانیو لپاره د (لیمه) مشورتي بنسټ سره تفاهم نامه لاسلیک کړه* پدې مراسمو کې چې د حکومت د رسنیو مرکز کې جوړ شوي وو، د سټنډرډ ملي ادارې عمومي رئیس محترم الحاج ملا فیض الله تمیم، د حکومت د رسنیو مرکز رئیس محترم نعیم الله حقاني هراتي، د لیمه مشورتي بنسټ رئیس محترم داکتر انجنیر محمد عمر تیموري، د سټنډرډ ملي ادارې تخنیکي مرستیال مولوي محمد آصف قانت، ددې ادارې د اداري او مالي چارو مرستیال مولوي عطاءالله فرید، د اړوندو برخو مسؤلین او رسنیو ګډون کړي و. برنامه د قرآنکریم د مبارکو آیاتو په تلاوت سره پیل شوه. په پیل کې محترم الحاج ملا فیض الله تمیم د انرژۍ د مدیریت اهمیت او د هغې رول د پرمختګ او ترقۍ په اړه پراخې خبرې وکړې او ویې ویل: "د افغانستان سټنډرډ ملي اداره د امارت یوه له کلیدي ادارو څخه ده او همیشه د خپلو ګران هیوادوالو لپاره د هوساینې، سهولت او اسانتیاوو برابرولو ته ژمنه ده." نوموړی زیات کړه: "زموږ هڅه دا ده چې د علمي او تخنیکي معیارونو له لارې د خپلو هیوادوالو د ژوند کیفیت ښه کړو او د هیواد د اقتصاد د پراختیا لپاره زمینه مساعده کړو." وروسته، داکتر انجنیر محمد عمر تیموري د سټنډرډ ملي ادارې مسؤلینو ته د مننې او خوښۍ مراتب وړاندې کړه او د سټنډرډونو په برخه کې د پرمختګ او ترقۍ پر حیاتي رول ټینګار وکړ. نوموړي د ودانیو په صنعت کې د انرژۍ د ضایع کېدو د مخنیوي اهمیت په ګوته کړ او د تفاهم نامې د پلي کولو په برخه کې یې د لا زیاتو همکاریو وعده وکړه. د برنامې په لړ کې، د ملي سټنډرډ ادارې د تخنیکي چارو مرستیال مولوي محمد آصف قانت وویل : "دا تفاهمنامه د ودانیو په برخه کې د تخنیکي سټنډرډونو د جوړولو او تطبیق، د متخصصینو د ظرفیت لوړونې، د انرژۍ ضایعاتو د کمولو د لارو چارو د څیړنې او د مؤثر نظارتي سیستم د رامنځته کولو لپاره زمینه برابروي." هغه څرګنده کړه: "موږ ژمن یو چې د دې همکاریو له لارې به د انرژۍ د مدیریت لپاره د ملي سټنډرډونو لوړولو او د دولتي او خصوصي سکتورونو د هڅونې لپاره هڅې وکړو." برنامه د تفاهم نامې د لاسلیک په ترڅ کې پای ته ورسېده چې د سټنډرډ ملي ادارې عمومي رئیس او د لیمه مشورتي بنسټ رئیس لخوا لاسلیک شوه.
