আমাৰ বাবে দুৰ্ভাগ্যজনক কথা যে ভাষিক সংঘাতৰ বাবে অসমে বহুকেইটা মূল্যৱান বছৰ হেৰুৱাব লগা হৈছিল। আমি অগ্ৰাধিকাৰ নিদিয়ালৈকে চৰকাৰীভাৱে বৰাক-ব্ৰহ্মপুত্ৰ উপত্যকাৰ বিভাজন দূৰ কৰি সমন্বয় স্থাপনৰ দিশত কেতিয়াও গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ প্ৰয়াস কৰা হোৱা নাছিল৷ শেহতীয়াকৈ অসমীয়া-বাংলা দুয়োটা ভাষাই ধ্ৰুপদী ভাষাৰ স্বীকৃতি লাভে ৰাজ্যত একতা বৃদ্ধিত অনন্য অৰিহণা যোগাইছে। Assam lost precious years due to an unfortunate linguistic conflict. There was never a serious effort to bridge the Barak-Brahmaputra divide until we stepped in & brought the regions closer. The classical language status to both languages furthered unity in the State.

This Park, spread over 316 Sq. Km is part of the Greater Manas Conservation Landscape and connects 4 other parks in the region. With this, Assam now has the 2nd highest National Parks in the country.
